OT Manager (OTM) is an online networking service for medical professionals and healthcare organizations. OTM provides a platform with the help of which we are able to arrange doctors and staff required during an operation or other similar procedures being performed in Operation Theater but not limited to Operation Theater. The procedure can be performed in nursing home or hospital or similar places like diagnostic centers.

For surgeons/obstretrician/hospitals OTM aims to provide a system with the help of which it would be easily possible to arrange personals (Anesthesiologists, pediatrician, technician, support staff) required during a particular operation, procedure. 
OTM aims to provide a method of fast and seamless communication between all personal those are required during a procedure. 
OTM aims to continually make efforts to improve the ways to achieve its primary goal of preventing the distress that is frequently found due to overall shortage of anaesthesiologist and trained technician in the indain scenario of private practice in small nursing homes and hospitals.
OTM also helps the doctors, the staff and the hospital to maintain the record of the procedures performed , the participants of the particular procedures . 
OTM also provide a guidelines for the calculation of charges for a particular procedure with the help of international standards. This guidelines was formed by a committee formed under the guidelines of indian society of anaesthesiologist private practice forum. 
The charges are calculated with the help of Relative value guide (RVG). RVG is a uniform system of calculating charges and helps to bring a certain level of uniformity to prevent discrepancy in the payments . at the same time  it takes into account the variables like difficulty level and time taken in the procedure. 
It is a logical consistent and transparent calculation coupled with flexible reimbursement.
